Margaret, The Lady Thatcher, is the former Prime Minister of Great Britain serving from 1979 until 1990. Before holding that office, she served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Pensions (1961-1964) and the Secretary of State for Education and Science (1970-1974). She was chancellor of William & Mary from 1993 until 2000.
